Job Summary
Pediatric LPN needed for per diem, one-on-one pediatric home care in Greenwich, CT. Provide skilled nursing to a 2-year-old with tracheostomy and temporary G-tube care in a family home. Shifts include 12-hour day and overnight with flexible per diem scheduling. Must hold an active Connecticut LPN license (NY license also required for NY applicants), have at least 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care, and be certified in BLS. Role emphasizes compassionate, individualized care, fast onboarding, and bonuses (sign-on/referral) with weekly direct deposit and potential overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Active Connecticut LPN License
- New York applicants must maintain active LPN licenses in both New York and Connecticut
- Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing pediatric trach and G-tube care
- Current BLS Certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Physical Exam completed within the past year
- PPD/QuantiFERON completed within the past year, or Chest X-Ray completed within the past five years
