Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a 4-year-old with cerebral palsy, seizure disorder, and tracheostomy/ventilator needs in the client's home. Monitor the patient's health, comfort, and safety while administering medications, managing ventilator care, GJ tube feedings, nebulizer treatments, chest vest therapy, cough assist, and suctioning. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and partner with the family and interdisciplinary team. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 11:00 PM, earning $40/hour with weekly pay. Required Qualifications
- Active New Jersey LPN license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Physical completed within the past 12 months
- Current PPD or QuantiFERON within the past 12 months (or chest X-ray completed within the 5 years)
- Proof of MMR immunization within the past 10 years
- Proof of influenza vaccination or an approved medical exemption
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care
- Valid driver's license preferred
