Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a 12-year-old female client with seizure management needs in Ridgefield, CT. Deliver daily pediatric nursing services Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This role requires previous pediatric seizure management experience and is part of Affirmed Home Care's growing pediatric division. The clinical team offers ongoing training and support to help you succeed in providing meaningful care to the child and their family.
Required Qualifications
- Active Connecticut LPN license
- Current BLS Certification
- Minimum of one year of pediatric nursing experience
- Previous pediatric seizure management experience
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Current physical completed within the last 12 months
- Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON within one year) or chest X-ray, if applicable
Desired Qualifications
- Valid driver's license preferred
