Pediatric LICSW/LMHC

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop treatment plans, discharge strategies, and care goals for pediatric and adult patients within a primary care setting. Maintain accurate clinical progress notes and adhere to third-party payer requirements while managing referral resources throughout the service area. Provide goal-oriented, patient-centered therapy for adolescents and adults, attending clinical supervision and case consultations to ensure compliance with facility policies. Stay current on therapeutic interventions and trends through continuing education to support behavioral health needs in a Federally Qualified Health Center serving a medically underserved population.
