Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, working closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership. Provide comprehensive support for patients with complex needs such as G-tubes, trach, or ventilators, while adhering to CDC safety guidelines and utilizing provided PPE. Maintain clear plans of care under RN oversight and utilize the employee portal to manage flexible scheduling and shift preferences. This role offers stability, consistent support, and opportunities for CEU credits and training. Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Active LVN license in state of practice (or multistate license, if applicable)
- Current BLS/CPR certification (in person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, or ventilator experience or willingness to train
