Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home, working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership. Manage patient plans of care while providing G-tube, trach, or ventilator support, with the option to train in these areas. Maintain safety standards by utilizing provided PPE and adhering to CDC guidelines, backed by 24/7 clinical support and clear RN oversight. Required Qualifications
- Active LVN license in state of practice (or multistate license, if applicable)
- Current BLS/CPR certification (in person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, or ventilator experience or willingness to train
