Job Summary
Provide one-on-one pediatric home health nursing care, focusing fully on patient needs without constant interruptions. Support skilled nursing requirements for children while collaborating closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership. Deliver care aligned with CDC safety guidelines, utilizing provided PPE including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. Maintain clear plans of care with RN oversight and request shifts through an easy-to-use Employee Portal. This role offers stability and the ability to make a real difference in a child's life. Eligible candidates may qualify for a sign-on bonus discussed early in the interview process. Weekly pay and direct deposit are included in the compensation package.
Required Qualifications
- Active LVN license in state of practice (or multistate license, if applicable)
- Current BLS/CPR certification (in person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, or ventilator experience or willingness to train
