Job Summary
Provide skilled pediatric nursing care in a home health setting on a 1:1 basis, supporting patients with their daily clinical needs in the home. Work directly with pediatric patients and families, building consistent and meaningful care relationships. Patient assignments are based on skill, availability, and fit. Night differential for 7P–7A shifts; day and night shifts available; weekly pay in Lubbock, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas LVN license
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience
- Pediatric, home health, or private duty experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license
