Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home, focusing fully on each child without juggling multiple assignments. Support patient needs while working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership under clear plans of care. Maintain patient safety by utilizing provided PPE and adhering to CDC guidelines during visits. This role offers a $30–$35 hourly rate with a $500 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k), weekly pay, and 24/7 on-call clinical support. Candidates must hold a valid Pennsylvania LPN license, a BLS CPR card, and a driver's license, with experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
