Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home, focusing fully on each child while working closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership. Deliver care in alignment with CDC safety guidelines using provided PPE, including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. Support patients with clear plans of care and maintain meaningful relationships within a team designed for stability and nurse safety. This role offers a flexible schedule with paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k) retirement plan. Weekly pay and direct deposit are included alongside CEU credits, training opportunities, and a preceptor program. Candidates must hold a current, active Florida LPN license, a BLS CPR card, and a TB skin or blood test, with Alzheimer's training provided at no cost.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
