Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric patients in the home, focusing fully on each child without juggling multiple assignments. Support patients with complex needs such as G-tube, trach, or vent management while working closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership. Deliver care aligned with CDC safety guidelines using provided PPE, including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. Maintain active Colorado LPN licensure and BLS CPR certification, with options to train in specialized skills. Required Qualifications
- Current, active Colorado LPN License
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
