Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home, working closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership. Provide focused support for patients with complex needs such as G-tubes, trach, or ventilators, while adhering to CDC safety guidelines and utilizing provided PPE. Manage daily care plans under RN oversight and maintain clear communication with the clinical team. Requires a valid New Jersey LPN license, current physical, and BLS CPR certification. Offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits including PTO and 401(k), and CEU credits.
Required Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License
- Physical from within three years
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
