Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home while working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership. Deliver care with confidence and consistency, utilizing clear plans of care and 24/7 on-call clinical support whenever guidance is needed. Maintain patient safety by following CDC guidelines and using provided PPE, including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. Ensure all requirements are met, including a current active Florida LPN license, BLS CPR card, and TB testing.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
