Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in home settings while working closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership. Deliver care with confidence and consistency, supporting patients with specific needs under clear plans of care with RN oversight. Maintain safety by utilizing provided PPE and adhering to CDC guidelines, while completing required certifications including active Florida LPN licensure, BLS CPR, and Alzheimer's training. Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
