Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes under the oversight of a registered nurse. Manage patient plans of care while providing support for conditions such as G-tube, trach, or vent needs, with the option to train in these areas. Maintain patient safety by adhering to CDC guidelines and utilizing provided PPE including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. This role offers a stable, focused environment with weekly pay, PTO, and 401(k) coverage. Valid Pennsylvania LPN licensure, BLS CPR certification, and a driver's license are required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
