Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home, focusing fully on each child without juggling multiple assignments. Collaborate closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership to deliver consistent care aligned with CDC safety guidelines and clear plans of care. Support patients with specialized needs such as G-tubes, trach, or vents, or pursue training in these areas. Work within a clinical team that prioritizes nurse safety, provides necessary PPE, and offers 24/7 on-call support. This role offers stability and meaningful patient relationships within a dedicated pediatric home health environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
