Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home, working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership. Manage care plans with RN oversight while providing support for patients with specialized needs such as G-tubes, trachs, or vents. Maintain strict adherence to CDC safety guidelines and utilize provided PPE during every visit. This role offers a flexible schedule with paid time off and weekly pay. Candidates must hold a valid New Jersey LPN license, a current physical, and a valid BLS CPR card. Experience with G-tube, trach, or vent care is preferred, though training is available.
Required Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License
- Physical from within three years
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
