Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric patients in the home, working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership. Deliver care with confidence and consistency while supporting patients with specific skilled nursing needs. Maintain clear plans of care under RN oversight and adhere to CDC safety guidelines. Complete required training, including a 2-hour DOEA Approved Alzheimer's course, and pass TB testing. Requires a current, active Florida LPN license and BLS CPR card. This role offers flexibility, a preceptor program, and weekly pay within a team focused on nurse safety and success.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
