Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home, focusing fully on individual needs while working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership. Deliver care aligned with CDC safety guidelines using provided PPE, including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer, while maintaining clear plans of care under RN oversight. Support patients with specific needs such as G-tubes, trach, or vents, or train in these areas as needed. This role offers stability and meaningful patient relationships within a clinical team focused on nurse safety and success.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
