Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric patients in home settings with full focus and consistency. Collaborate closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership to deliver care aligned with CDC safety guidelines and clear plans of care. Support patient safety through provided PPE, masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer while maintaining active Florida LPN licensure and BLS CPR certification. Participate in a preceptor program and earn CEU credits through available training opportunities. Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
