Job Summary
Provide individual and family counseling to children with autism and other developmental disabilities, supporting parents through education, resources, and advocacy. Develop individualized, family-centered treatment plans and implement interventions that promote emotional well-being, functional skills, and independence while maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with therapists, educators, and the multidisciplinary team to connect families with community resources and additional support services. This role requires a Master's degree in Social Work and an Illinois LCSW license, with a starting salary of $52,000 - $65,000+. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Current Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license

- Knowledge of evidence-based, trauma-informed, and family-centered practices
- ABA experience or familiarity
