Job Summary
Board-certified/board-eligible pediatric intensivists to join a 6-physician pediatric critical care group at Bon Secours/Mercy St. Mary’s Hospital in Richmond, VA. Responsibilities include covering the 10-bed PICU with an ADC of 7, shared coverage of a sedation program, and 12-hour shifts on weekdays with 24-hour weekend coverage. The role offers in-house call, robust subspecialty support (GI, Endocrinology, Surgery, Pulmonology, Neurology, ID, Orthopedics, Urology), and Pediatric ICU/NICU/hospitalist services as part of Pediatrix Medical Group. Opportunities exist for experienced providers and new grads, with a focus on teamwork, evidence-based guidelines, and high-quality patient care.
