Job Summary
Pediatric Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician sought to join LifeStance Health in a split role across integrated care within a pediatric office and outpatient psychotherapy. Responsibilities include embedding within primary care teams, treating a range of patients (adult and geriatric as part of the integrated care model), conducting depression and anxiety screenings, and delivering evidence-based therapies (CBT, motivational interviewing, brief targeted treatment). The clinician will collaborate with medical professionals to support holistic patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW/PsyD)
- Experience with integrated behavioral health within a primary care/outpatient setting
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, motivational interviewing, brief targeted treatment)
- Ability to conduct depression/anxiety screening and collaborate with medical professionals
