Job Summary
Integrated Care Clinician (Licensed Therapist or Psychologist) embedded in primary care teams, delivering behavioral health services in a pediatric-oriented setting with adult/geriatric focuses. Responsibilities include conducting depression/anxiety screenings, collaborating with medical staff, and providing evidence-based therapies (CBT, motivational interviewing, brief targeted treatment) in both integrated care and outpatient psychotherapy contexts. Role supports a split arrangement between pediatric office integration and outpatient services, with a productivity-based compensation model. Locations include Plymouth, MA and Taunton/Northwoods, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW/PsyD) or equivalent license
- Experience in integrated behavioral health within primary care setting preferred
- Ability to conduct screens for depression, anxiety; provide evidence-based therapies (CBT, motivational interviewing)
- Flexibility for split position between pediatric office and outpatient psychotherapy
