Job Summary
Pediatric Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician embedded in a primary care team, providing integrated behavioral health care and outpatient psychotherapy with a split possibility between pediatric primary care and office-based services. Requires licensure (LICSW or Psychologist). Roles involve working with adults and geriatric patients, conducting depression/anxiety screens, and applying evidence-based therapies (CBT, motivational interviewing, brief targeted treatment) in a fast-paced interdisciplinary environment. Locations include Cambridge, MA; role supports attachment to LifeStance Health’s integrated care model with productivity-based compensation and a mix of part-time and full-time opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Therapist or Psychologist with LICSW/PsyD
- Licensed Social Worker (LICSW) or Psychologist credentials as part of job requirements
- ability to work in integrated primary care setting
- experience with CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment
- experience with depression and anxiety screening
