Job Summary
Licensed behavioral health clinician (LICSW or Psychologist with PsyD) sought to join an integrated care and outpatient pediatric team in the Boston area. The role spans part-time and full-time options, with potential split duties between providing integrated behavioral health services within a pediatric office and outpatient psychotherapy. Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based therapies (CBT, motivational interviewing, brief targeted treatments), conducting depression and anxiety screens, and consulting with medical professionals as part of an interdisciplinary primary care team. Ideal candidates will work well in a fast-paced setting, enjoy collaboration across disciplines, and thrive in a primary care environment serving adults, older adults, and pediatric-adolescent populations. Locations include Cambridge and Medford, MA. This is a clinic-based, on-site opportunity with a productivity-based compensation model.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed clinically-licensed mental health professional (LICSW or psychologist with PsyD)
- Eligibility to practice and provide integrated behavioral health services in MA
- Experience in CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment is preferred
- Ability to conduct depression/anxiety screens and collaborate with primary care teams
