Job Summary
Pediatric Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician embedded within a pediatric primary care office, providing integrated behavioral health care and outpatient psychotherapy. Responsibilities include working with adult and geriatric patients on issues from acute to chronic health conditions, conducting depression/anxiety screens, and collaborating with medical professionals. Utilize evidence-based therapies such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary outpatient setting. Positions available as part-time or full-time, with compensation model based on productivity. LICSW or Psychologist licensure is required.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed in LICSW or Psychologist (PsyD)
- Experience in integrated behavioral health and primary care settings
- Ability to conduct screens for depression and anxiety
- Proficiency with evidence-based therapies (CBT, motivational interviewing, brief targeted treatment)
- Comfort working in outpatient pediatric/adult/geriatric settings
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
