Job Summary
Integrated Care Clinician embedded within a primary care team, providing pediatric and outpatient behavioral health services. Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based therapies (CBT, motivational interviewing, brief targeted treatment), conducting depression/anxiety screens, consulting with medical professionals, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The role supports both pediatric office-based integrated behavioral health care and outpatient psychotherapy, with a split arrangement. The ideal candidate works across the lifespan in a fast-paced setting and is comfortable operating within a primary care environment to enhance access to trusted mental health care.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW/PsyD)
- Excellent communication skills
