Job Summary
Integrated Care Clinician embedded in a pediatric office, providing integrated behavioral health care and outpatient psychotherapy. Conduct screens for depression and anxiety, deliver evidence-based therapies (CBT, motivational interviewing, brief targeted treatment), and collaborate with medical professionals as part of an interdisciplinary primary care team. Role can be part-time or full-time, serving pediatric patients across the lifespan in an outpatient setting and may involve telemedicine offerings as part of a comprehensive behavioral health program.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW or PsyD)
- Experience with pediatric populations preferred
- Familiar with evidence-based therapies (CBT, motivational interviewing, brief targeted treatment)
- Ability to conduct screens for depression and anxiety
- Ability to collaborate with medical professionals in a primary care setting
- Eligible for licensure as licensed clinician in the state of Massachusetts
