Job Summary
Licensed therapists/psychologists (LICSW or PsyD) are integrated into a pediatric office to provide behavioral health care across pediatric and adolescent patients, delivering evidence-based therapies (CBT, motivational interviewing, brief targeted treatment) within an integrated care model. Clinicians conduct depression and anxiety screens, collaborate with medical professionals, and support both in-person and telehealth services in a fast-paced outpatient setting with strong interdisciplinary teamwork, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits. The role offers a split arrangement between integrated behavioral health within a pediatric office and outpatient psychotherapy, with two days of telehealth and three days in the office, and includes a sign-on bonus and productivity-based compensation. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW/PsyD)
- Licensed to practice in Massachusetts

- Telehealth and in-person service delivery
