Job Summary
Licensed clinicians needed to join LifeStance Health's integrated care and outpatient team in the South Shore region (split position between pediatric primary care office and outpatient psychotherapy). Responsibilities include delivering integrated behavioral health care to adults and geriatric patients, conducting depression/anxiety screens, and collaborating with medical professionals. Utilize evidence-based therapies such as CBT and motivational interviewing, provide brief targeted treatment, and work in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment. Licensure as LICSW or Psychologist (PsyD) required; positions available part-time and full-time in Cambridge, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW/PsyD) in Massachusetts
- Experience providing integrated behavioral health care in pediatric or primary care settings
- Ability to conduct screenings for depression and anxiety
- Proficiency with evidence-based therapies (CBT, motivational interviewing)
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
