Job Summary
Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician for pediatric primary care and outpatient psychotherapy in a split role. Licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW/PsyD) needed to provide evidence-based care within a primary care team, conducting depression/anxiety screens and collaborating with medical colleagues. Role supports both adult/geriatric populations in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary setting with emphasis on CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment in-office at a pediatric-focused practice in Ayer, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW or PsyD)
- Ability to practice in integrated behavioral health within a primary care setting
- Experience with evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, motivational interviewing, brief targeted treatment)
- Proficiency in conducting screens for depression, anxiety, and related conditions
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with medical teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment
- Licensure in the state of Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain licensure
