Job Summary
Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician (LICSW/LMHC/Psychologist) needed to join LifeStance Health’s pediatric outpatient team in MA, with potential split responsibilities between in-office pediatric integrated care and outpatient psychotherapy. Clinicians will work with a broad pediatric/adolescent caseload, perform depression/anxiety screenings, and employ evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, motivational interviewing) in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary setting. The role includes telehealth options (3-5 days) and competitive W2 compensation with benefits; the position supports flexible scheduling and a strong collaborative environment. Licensure in MA (LICSW/LMHC/Psychologist) or equivalent is required, with a focus on integrated care within pediatric primary care and outpatient services.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed clinician (LICSW/LMHC/Psychologist) or PsyD/PhD as applicable for clinical practice in Massachusetts
- Ability to provide integrated behavioral health services within a pediatric office setting
- Experience with evidence-based therapies (CBT, motivational interviewing, brief targeted treatment)
- Capability to conduct depression and anxiety screenings and consult with medical professionals
- Comfort with telehealth and in-person hybrid scheduling
