Job Summary
BC/BE Pediatric Infectious Diseases Physician sought for outpatient clinic and inpatient consultative practice in Fargo, ND. Role includes 24/7 in-house coverage by pediatric hospitalist, NICU, and PICU teams; collaborative relationships with Allergy/Immunology, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Hematology/Oncology and other subspecialties; joint clinical faculty appointment with the UND School of Medicine and Health Sciences; PSLRP-eligible site; comprehensive compensation and benefits with relocation allowance; teaching medical students and residents; and participation in a regional subspecialty network.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Infectious Diseases
- Fellowship-trained in Pediatric Infectious Diseases
- MD/DO medical degree
- Joint appointment as clinical faculty with Department of Pediatrics at UND School of Medicine and Health Sciences
- Experience with inpatient consultative service and outpatient clinic models
- Ability to collaborate with subspecialty services and hospital teams
- Eligible for PSLRP (loan repayment program) site status
