Job Summary
Pediatric Infectious Diseases Physician needed for outpatient clinic and inpatient consults in a region’s only Level II pediatric trauma center with 24/7 in-house coverage by pediatric hospitalists, NICU, and PICU teams. The practice includes an outpatient clinic and inpatient consultation responsibilities, with 24/7 call coverage approximately one week at a time. Collaboration with a broad network of subspecialties and a large pool of pediatric specialists supports comprehensive care. The position includes a joint clinical faculty appointment with the UND School of Medicine and Health Sciences, teaching medical students and pediatric residents. The site participates in PSLRP and offers a competitive compensation package with comprehensive benefits, malpractice tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
Required Qualifications
- BC/BE Pediatric Infectious Diseases
- Board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Infectious Diseases
- Pediatric subspecialty training
- Joint appointment with UND School of Medicine and Health Sciences preferred
- Teaching/clinical faculty appointment experience preferred
