Pediatric Hospitalist

The Pediatric Hospitalist will provide direct inpatient and outpatient patient care for pediatric patients at Phoenix Children's Main Campus and community sites (Arrowhead and East Valley), including subspecialty consultations and follow-up, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and urgent/emergent care as needed. The role includes teaching rounds and supervision of trainees and allied health professionals, participation in medical education programs, and engagement in research and quality improvement initiatives. The position supports division-wide goals, patient safety, and family-centered care, with opportunities for academic activities, clinical teaching, and programmatic growth. Night shifts are available with differential for nocturnists, and there are opportunities for involvement in research, teaching of medical students and residents, and collaboration with affiliated institutions. The staff physician will represent Phoenix Children's in professional and public settings and may perform after-hours or night call responsibilities as needed.
