Pediatric Hospitalist

Provide direct patient care services for pediatric in inpatient and outpatient settings, including subspecialty consultations and diagnostic/therapeutic procedures. Engage in teaching rounds, supervise trainees and allied health professionals, and participate in the division’s education programs. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and research efforts, with opportunities to support medical education across Phoenix Children's main campus and community sites (Arrowhead and East Valley). Ideal candidates are experienced pediatric hospitalists or fellowship graduates who are board eligible/certified in general pediatrics; positions include standard and nocturnist roles with shift differential for nocturnists. The role emphasizes patient- and family-centered care, adherence to safety standards, and the mission of Phoenix Children's in collaboration with affiliated universities and medical centers.
