Manage patients on medical/surgical floors and ICU while rounding on newborns and attending high-risk deliveries. Provide 24/7 coverage with an 8-hour in-hospital shift (8a-4p) followed by 16 hours of on-call time from home. This role supports a small team of two pediatric hospitalists and one advanced practice provider within a program serving over 200,000 residents. The facility offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care, including cardiovascular medicine, surgery, women's health, and oncology services.
