Pediatric Hospitalist

Pediatric Hospitalist needed at Phoenix Children's with roles across the Main Campus and community sites (Arrowhead, East Valley). Open positions include standard hospitalist and nocturnist shifts with a shift differential for nocturnists. Responsibilities include direct inpatient and outpatient patient care, subspecialty consultations, diagnostic/therapeutic procedures, and participation in teaching rounds, supervision of trainees, and participation in medical education activities. Opportunities to engage in research, quality improvement, and educational programs, with involvement in teaching medical students, residents, and hospitalist fellows. Ideal candidates are experienced Hospitalists or fellowship graduates who can contribute to clinical care, education, leadership, and scholarly activities within a large pediatric division. All candidates must be general pediatric board eligible/certified and will have opportunities for academic and professional development within a teaching-focused environment. Location details include Phoenix, AZ campuses (Main Campus, Arrowhead) and Gilbert, AZ site (East Valley), with 24/7 in-house coverage by hospitalists and intensive care providers at multiple sites.
