Job Summary
Manage pediatric admissions, daily rounds, and discharges for newborns, infants, children, and adolescents across the newborn nursery and inpatient units. Provide comprehensive inpatient care while collaborating with pediatric subspecialists and multidisciplinary teams to support family-centered care and patient education. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical excellence, and the teaching and mentoring of residents and medical students. Requires New York State medical license, Board Certification or Eligibility in Pediatrics, and BLS/PALS certification. Posted salary range $190,000 to $240,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed to practice medicine in New York State
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics (within 3 years)
- BLS certification
- PALS certification
- ACLS certification (preferred)
