Job Summary
Develop and support territory sales goals for Similac, Neosure, and Human Milk Fortifier HPCL within major hospital systems in the Richmond, VA area. Manage hospital negotiations and contracting while navigating supply chain hierarchies across NICU, Pharmacy, Purchasing, PICU, Nurseries, and Nursing units. Host evening educational opportunities for healthcare professionals and drive new product launches. This role requires a NICU Registered Dietitian or Nurse with strong clinical sales experience in hospital settings. Candidates must possess comprehensive product knowledge, effective administrative skills, and the ability to function independently with a high degree of initiative. The position offers a company car, tuition reimbursement, and a competitive salary range of $61,300 to $122,700.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- NICU Registered Dietitian
- NICU Registered Nurse
- strong clinical/medical sales experience in a hospital setting
- experience working with hospital supply chain
- Comprehensive knowledge of all products, clinical studies, protocols and guidelines
- An understanding of the hierarchy of hospital departments such as NICU, Pediatrics, Pharmacies, Purchasing, PICU, Nurseries and Nursing units
- Ability to work effectively with Dietitians, Physicians and Nurses
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs
- Must be based out of Richmond, VA
- Territory includes the Richmond, VA area within a 15-mile radius
- 5-10% overnight travel for Regional/National meetings and trainings
