Job Summary
Promote, manage, and grow Abbott Nutritional products in hospital settings within the Pittsburgh, PA region (territory extends to Harrisburg/PA). Drive territory sales goals for Similac, Neosure, and Human Milk Fortifier HPCL; lead hospital negotiations and contracting; maintain comprehensive product/clinical knowledge, including protocols and guidelines; support new product launches; understand hospital hierarchies (NICU, Pediatrics, Pharmacy, Purchasing, PICU, Nurseries, Nursing units) and collaborate with Dietitians, Physicians, and Nurses. Responsible for effective time management, budget oversight, hosting evening educational opportunities for Healthcare Professionals (1-2 nights per quarter), and traveling up to 50% of the time with potential overnight travel. Local candidates based in Pittsburgh preferred; rolling remote work option available in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- NICU Registered Dietitian/NICU Registered Nurse preferred
- strong clinical/medical sales experience in hospital setting
