Job Summary
Deliver in-home pediatric nursing care for children with life-long health conditions, focusing on G-tube care and TPN. Responsibilities include maintaining updated patient records, evaluating nursing service effectiveness, collaborating with physicians on care plans, mentoring new staff, educating patients and families, participating in QAPI, and complying with state/federal regulations. Requires travel to patients’ homes; shift lengths vary (8, 10, 12 hours) and scheduling may include any day of the week. W2 employment with comprehensive benefits, training, and opportunities for advancement. 1:1 patient care, flexible scheduling, and support from leadership.
Required Qualifications
- RN nursing degree
- Unencumbered LPN/LVN License in the state of employment or Multi-State license through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact
- 1 year of demonstrated experience
- Valid driver license with proof of insurance in applicable states
- Clear background screening
- Working knowledge of Nurse Practice Acts
- Valid and current CPR card/certificate with in person instructor led hands on skills check
- Hep B Screening
- TB Screening
