Job Summary
RN/LVN in-home pediatric nursing in Katy, TX providing comprehensive in-home nursing care to pediatric patients. Responsibilities include admission/transfer/re-certification/discharge paperwork, maintaining updated clinical records, evaluating nursing service effectiveness, consulting with physicians on care plan changes, mentoring/coaching new employees during orientations, educating patients and caregivers, supervising LPNs and Aides in the home, participating in QAPI, attending mandatory training, and ensuring confidentiality. Requires licensure as an RN (and state-specific requirements vary), valid driver's license, CPR, Hep B and TB screenings, background checks, and ability to travel to patients' homes. Work schedule may vary with shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours; 1:1 patient care ratio and flexible scheduling options emphasized. Required Qualifications
- RN Nursing Degree
- Unencumbered RN License in state of employment or multi-state license
- Valid driver license with proof of insurance
- CPR certification
- Hep B Screening

- Ability to read and communicate in English
