Job Summary
Provide 1:1 pediatric home health nursing to children with medical complexities in the patient’s home, including care for ventilator, trach, and g-tube needs. Roles accommodate flexible scheduling with options for full-time or part-time shifts (days, nights, evenings, weekends). Training is provided to support specialized pediatric home care, with 24/7 support from a dedicated team and a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care for kids ages 5 months to 17 years. Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN license in good standing
- willingness to participate in training for ventilator, trach, and g-tube care
- ability to provide 1:1 pediatric home health care
