Job Summary
Provide 1:1 pediatric home health care to children with medical complexities, including G-tube, trach, and ventilator support. Deliver daily care in Sedgwick, KS, covering either a 1-year-old or a 16-year-old patient depending on assignment. Work 9p-7a seven nights a week or Monday through Friday 4p-9p. Complete specialized training in ventilator, trach, and G-tube care with 24/7 support from the dedicated team.
Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN
- Pediatric experience is a plus
