Provide 1:1 pediatric home health care to children with medical complexities, including trach, ventilator, and g-tube management, in Dodge City and Jetmore. Deliver specialized hands-on training support for clients ranging from toddlers to young adults. Maintain flexible scheduling options across full-time night shifts and weekend rotations.
Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN
