Job Summary
RN or LPN providing 1:1 pediatric home health care for an 8-year-old with medical complexities (g-tube) in Mountain Lake, MN, and nearby Bingham Lake, MN. Role includes overnight shifts (12-hour) with a sign-on bonus for full-time nights; training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care provided. Flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay ($25-$31 for LPN; $35-$41 for RN) with shift bonuses, benefits (medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401k matching, generous PTO, tuition reimbursement), and 24/7 support from a dedicated team.
