Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in homes or schools, administer medications and treatments as ordered, monitor and document patient conditions, communicate effectively with families and staff, follow agency care plans and safety protocols, and maintain accurate documentation. New nurses are welcomed with hands-on training and mentorship from an experienced RN; flexible schedule (full-time, part-time, or per diem) with day, evening, or overnight shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Recent PPD (Tuberculosis Test)
- Reliable transportation
