Maintain active LPN/LVN licensure, current CPR certification, and a negative TB skin test while using electronic documentation tablets for daily patient care. Complete six months of prior hands-on nursing experience if available, and ensure reliable transportation for all scheduled Monday-Friday shifts from 8am to 4pm.
